Congratulations to David Elder who received a citation from Cheltenham Arts Council at the awards ceremony in April, for his outstanding service to Cheltenham Local History Society as Chair, and for his authorship of numerous books and plays on Cheltenham and the surrounding areas.
Contratulations too go to CLHS member Eric Miller, who was nomimated by Leckhampton Local History Society, and received a citation and The Joyner Cup, awarded to the most outstanding candidate of the award winners. Eric graciously pointed out that his work has covered not just Leckhampton, but Cheltenham too.
